What is the Million to One Memorial?

Million to One Memorial

Peaceful, yet powerful.

The Survivors lie down on the pavement in a fetal position. In doing this, they identify themselves with the unborn and claim personhood for the children in the womb.

Their bodies are outlined in chalk, much as homicide victims’ bodies are marked at crime scenes. Long swathes of red fabric draped over their bodies symbolizes the blood that is shed through abortion.

Million to One Memorial

Each of the young people outlined in chalk represents millions of lives lost.

Through this striking memorial, the Survivors remember the 45,000,000 of our friends, neighbors, classmates, brothers, sisters, daughters and sons who lost their lives.
